Benson started his career with OMH Realty Pte Ltd in 1994 and accomplished exceptional sales figures as well as showcased his superior leadership and salesmanship skills.

He successfully trained new real estate salespersons and under his wing of exemplary mentorship, the company excelled and increased revenue exceeding company’s targets

From his impressive and immense success during the 4 years in OMH Realty Pte Ltd, he was made a partner with YES Realty Pte Ltd and Your Estate Specialist Pte Ltd in 1998. His continuing dedication to his agents and his own sales contributions helped the company to grow from strength to strength.

In 2002, Benson took over Your Estate Specialists Pte Ltd (k.n.a Your Estate Specialist LLP) and as he continued as a strong and reliable mentor to his fellow colleagues, he grew the company and groomed a few hundred individuals, some into successful and professional salespersons who specialised in both the resale and project sales in all sectors of the industry.
